Part Time Receptionist

General Summary
Experience in social services or case management
Bachelor's Degree Preferred or Associates degree in related field
The candidate must have effective communication and people skills, and excellent computer skills.
Pay is $11 per hour for 20 hours per week depending on experience.
General Summary
- Welcome and greet all customers
- Answers questions while maintaining a polite, consistent manner
- Responsible for keeping work area clean and organized
- Registers new customers and updates existing customer demographics by collecting detailed customer information including personal and financial information
- Ensures that all intake forms and required documents are received prior to being sent to case manager
- Facilitates flow by notifying the case manager of a customer's appointment
- Responds to inquires by customers in a courteous manner
- Will give proper attention and respect to partner agencies by ensuring that their questions are answered promptly
- Protects customer confidentiality making sure protected customer information is secured by not leaving files in plain sight and logging off the computer before leaving it unattended.
- Enters customer data promptly and correctly into data management software. Every customer contact should be documented.
- Manages customer files and ensures that all documents contained are in proper order.
- May also provide assistance with other duties as assigned
