We use multiple funding sources. It is important that we have all of your information before meeting with you to discuss how we can assist you.
Rent Assistance Information
In order for us to process rent assistance we must have the following:
1. Landlord must have their TAX ID information on file in order for us to process your assistance payment. This can be accomplished by having them complete a W-9 and mailing it to us, or by filling out our form online here. The IRS requires us to issue a 1099 to anyone we pay rent to unless they are a property manager who issues 1099 to the property owner.
2. We will attempt to contact the landlord to confirm the amount owing. If that is not possible a form will be available for the landlord to complete here.

Our staff will contact you by phone to walk through the options available to help you address your needs.
What kind of assistance is available?
We can help with utilities, rent, food, and possibly more. We have multiple funding sources that we use depending on your income and circumstances. We will also help you do a review to determine if there are other federal programs you would qualify for.
